Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: August 19, 2026
This Policy explains what content Kanvora prohibits, how the current generation path is moderated, how to report a concern, and what action Code Canyon LLC may take.
Scope
Kanvora is an artificial intelligence generated content (AIGC) product for image and image-to-video generation. This Policy applies to prompts, reference material, generation settings, AI-generated images and videos, and any attempt to use or distribute content through Kanvora. It supplements the Terms of Service and applies whether a generation succeeds, is blocked, or is later published elsewhere.
You must use Kanvora only for lawful, consensual work for which you have the necessary rights and permissions. Trying to evade a safety control or asking another person to submit prohibited material is also a violation.
Content that must not be generated
Kanvora prohibits each of the following categories:
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW content. This category is banned and is not allowed through an age-gated or age-verified exception.
- Violent or graphic content. This includes graphic injury, gore, torture, or content that glorifies or meaningfully facilitates violence.
- Hate speech. This includes content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or promotes hatred against people based on a protected characteristic.
- Child-unsafe content and child sexual abuse material, commonly called CSAM. Sexual content involving, depicting, grooming, exploiting, or endangering a minor is prohibited without exception.
- Deepfakes or impersonation. This includes deceptive or non-consensual depictions of a real person, celebrity face-swaps, and content intended to misrepresent another person's identity or actions.
- Copyright or trademark infringement. You must not request or use content that copies, counterfeits, or misuses protected work, logos, brands, characters, or other intellectual property without authorization.
Additional Kanvora red lines
Voice cloning and voice impersonation are prohibited, even if a future Kanvora feature or provider could technically support them. You must not use Kanvora for fraud, scams, harassment, doxxing, malware, terrorism, exploitation, illegal goods or services, or instructions intended to cause serious harm.
You must not remove or obscure provider-supplied provenance, content credentials, or AI disclosure marks. You remain responsible for reviewing an output and clearly disclosing that published media was generated by AI.
How content moderation currently works
Kanvora uses the controls that are actually present in its generation path:
- Before credits are held or a provider request is made, server-side local rules screen prompt text for recognized prohibited requests, including NSFW content, face-swaps or deepfakes, and voice cloning.
- OpenAI's omni-moderation-latest performs an additional check of prompt input. If that service is not configured, rate-limited, or unavailable, the request still reaches the required Waffo check, then stops for free accounts and, under Kanvora's default policy, purchased accounts.
- Waffo Prompt Sift scans every prompt before a real provider generation and before credits are held. Generation continues only when Waffo returns
allow;block, review, service degradation, an unavailable scan, or missing production credentials stops the request. - Each local, OpenAI, and Waffo moderation decision creates an audit record containing a one-way prompt hash rather than raw prompt text, its source, decision, categories or reason codes, and the generation identifier when a job is created.
- Generation providers apply their own safety controls where supported. Seedream requests sent through fal enable a safety checker for generated images, and Google Gemini may block a request under its provider safety policies.
Kanvora does not currently operate a separate post-generation output moderation API, a routine human pre-publication review queue, or a round-the-clock moderation team. Provider and automated filters can make mistakes, so reports sent to the attended inbox below are reviewed by a human as soon as practicable.
Report prohibited content or conduct
Email the attended support and safety inbox at support@kanvora.net. You may report a prohibited output, prompt, account, impersonation, or intellectual property concern. Reports are reviewed as soon as practicable, without a guaranteed response deadline.
Include the relevant Kanvora URL or generation identifier, a concise description of the concern, and enough information for the operator to locate and assess it. For a rights complaint, explain your connection to the affected person or rights holder. Do not email or attach suspected CSAM; instead, provide only the account or generation reference and a description of where it was found.
Enforcement and child safety
Depending on the facts and severity, Code Canyon LLC may reject a request, restrict access to an output, warn a user, limit generation access, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant records, or cooperate with service providers and competent authorities. Repeated attempts to evade safety controls may result in account restriction even when no output is produced.
Kanvora has zero tolerance for CSAM. When suspected CSAM is identified or credibly reported, Kanvora will immediately restrict the associated account, preserve relevant information, and report to competent authorities where required by law.
Appeals and questions
If you believe Kanvora restricted your account or content in error, email support@kanvora.net with the relevant account email, generation reference, and an explanation. The operator will review the available records and respond as soon as practicable.
Policy updates
Code Canyon LLC may update this Policy as Kanvora's models, moderation controls, provider requirements, or applicable law change. The current version and effective date will remain available at https://seedream-5.site/acceptable-use.
