Agreement and operator

Kanvora is operated by Code Canyon LLC at seedream-5.site. By accessing or using Kanvora, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Kanvora for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

Where the service is available

Kanvora is offered globally except in mainland China. Kanvora is not offered or intended for people located in mainland China, and you must not access or use the service from mainland China. You may use Kanvora only where you have legal capacity to accept these Terms and where your use is lawful.

Accounts and authentication

Kanvora uses Google sign-in through Supabase. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Information received during sign-in is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Service and credits

Kanvora provides AI generation tools and stores completed outputs for authenticated access and download. Credits are whole-number prepaid units used to submit generation work. The selected model's current registry-backed credit cost is shown before each submission.

A new account receives a one-time grant of 20 credits. This grant is promotional, is not a purchase, and has no cash refund value. Purchased one-time credit packs do not expire.

Monthly and annual subscriptions grant the plan's stated credit allowance at the start of each monthly credit period. Subscription credits reset at the end of that monthly period. Unused subscription credits do not roll over, while separately purchased one-time credits remain untouched and do not expire. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year but still provide and reset their credit allowance monthly.

A generation may reserve credits while provider status is pending. Kanvora captures the applicable credits when work is recorded as chargeable and releases a reservation after a definite failure. If a provider response is uncertain, the reservation may remain in place while Kanvora reconciles the original request to avoid a duplicate submission or charge.

Payments and refunds

Waffo Pancake is the merchant of record for Kanvora credit purchases and subscriptions and administers its own checkout and refund process. Consumed credits are not refunded. Unused purchased credits may be refundable only through Waffo Pancake's own process and only if Waffo determines they are eligible. See the Refund Policy for the complete rule.

Prohibited uses

You must use Kanvora and generated media lawfully and responsibly. The complete content rules, current moderation practices, reporting channel, and enforcement process appear in the Acceptable Use Policy.

You must not use Kanvora to create, request, publish, or distribute:

• pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise not safe for work content, commonly called NSFW content;
• violent or graphic content, including gore;
• hate speech;
• child-unsafe content or child sexual abuse material, commonly called CSAM;
• deepfakes or impersonation, including celebrity face-swaps; or
• content that infringes copyright or trademark rights.

Voice cloning and voice impersonation are also prohibited. You must have the rights and permissions needed for every prompt, reference, input, and intended use of an output. You must not use generated media to mislead, impersonate, harass, defraud, or violate another person's rights or applicable law.

AI-generated outputs and disclosure

Kanvora outputs are AI-generated. They may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other generated material, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing each output before using or publishing it.

Whenever you display or publish generated media, you must clearly disclose that it was generated by AI. If any law, regulator, platform, or other authority requires a deepfake registration, filing, label, notice, or disclosure, you are responsible for making it accurately and on time.

You must keep any provider-supplied machine-readable AI provenance, content credential, or C2PA-style mark attached to an output. You must not remove, obscure, alter, disable, or strip those marks. Kanvora retains generation metadata for traceability, integrity, safety, and legal compliance.

Your inputs and output rights

You keep any rights you already hold in material you submit. You give Code Canyon LLC and its service providers a limited permission to process, transmit, and store that material only as needed to operate and secure Kanvora and comply with law.

Rights in AI output vary by jurisdiction and by output. AI output may not qualify for intellectual property protection and may not be unique. You are responsible for determining the rights needed for your intended use, and Kanvora does not guarantee that an output is free of third-party claims.

Service providers and availability

Kanvora relies on third parties for authentication, model inference, storage, hosting, and payments. Provider queues, maintenance, network conditions, or legal requirements may delay, change, suspend, or prevent service. Code Canyon LLC does not promise uninterrupted access or that every generation will complete.

Enforcement

Code Canyon LLC may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these Terms, protect users or service providers, comply with law, or preserve the security and integrity of Kanvora. Obligations concerning consumed credits, responsible use, disclosures, provenance, and liability continue to apply after access ends where their nature requires it.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kanvora is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. You remain responsible for professional, legal, factual, and rights review of generated media.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Code Canyon LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or harm arising from your publication or use of generated media. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

Code Canyon LLC may update these Terms to reflect changes in Kanvora, provider requirements, or applicable law. A revised version will state its effective date on this page.
