Refund Policy

Scope

This Policy applies to Kanvora one-time credit packs and subscriptions sold through Waffo Pancake. Waffo Pancake is the merchant of record and administers payment and refund requests through its own process.

Current one-time packs

These packs are one-time purchases and do not expire.

Subscription credit periods

Subscription plans provide their stated credit allowance each month. Unused subscription credits reset at the end of the monthly credit period and do not roll over. Annual subscriptions are billed once yearly while their credits are still provided and reset monthly. Separately purchased one-time credits are not removed by a subscription reset.

Consumed credits are not refundable

Consumed credits are not refunded.Credits are consumed when they are applied to generation work that Kanvora records as chargeable. A completed download, later deletion, change of mind, or decision not to publish an output does not make consumed credits refundable.

Unused purchased credits

Unused purchased credits may be refundable only through Waffo Pancake's own refund process.A refund is not automatic. Waffo Pancake determines eligibility, required information, timing, payment method, and the final outcome under its own process and applicable law.

Only credits confirmed by Kanvora's records as both purchased and unused may be considered. Promotional or complimentary credits are not purchased credits. The one-time 20-credit new-account grant has no cash refund value.

How to request a refund

1. Locate the receipt or order confirmation issued for your Waffo Pancake checkout.
2. Use the refund or support instructions supplied by Waffo Pancake with that transaction.
3. Provide the order reference and the Kanvora account email used for the purchase when requested.

Code Canyon LLC may confirm purchase and credit-usage records to Waffo Pancake, but a request must proceed through Waffo Pancake's own process. Sending a request does not reserve, restore, or make credits refundable.

Failed or uncertain generations

A credit release after a definite generation failure is a ledger correction, not a payment refund. If provider submission is uncertain, reserved credits may remain held while Kanvora checks the original request to prevent duplicate work or charges. Once credits are consumed for chargeable generation work, they are not refunded.

Before you buy

Review the pack size, USD price, account email, and this Policy before continuing to checkout. One-time purchased credits do not expire. Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over, as shown before checkout. For the rules governing use of credits and AI outputs, read the Terms of Service.

Changes

Code Canyon LLC may update this Policy to reflect changes in Kanvora, Waffo Pancake's process, or applicable law. The current version and effective date will appear on this page. Transaction refund requests must use Waffo Pancake's own process.
